Good Management and Good Neighborhood
I am renting in 1070 Shadick Drive Ste E in Orange City, FL 32763, from May 2011 (3.5 years). I use this space for my business, (Machine Shop). Close to I-4 and 17-92
All the units here have 220V 3 Phase power, which is essential for the equipment that I use. The workshops are located close to I-4 and 17-92 which makes it very convenient for my customers and suppliers. I decided to come to Shadick Workshops because I needed what I thought was an affordable way to start my business. I was right!
